Article 1: If you find yourself in the presence of celebrity while holding a gnome, you should endeavor to get said celebrity to pose with the gnome in question.
Article 2: No gnome shall be knowingly placed in danger for the sake of a photo-op.
Article 3: Though not required, landmarks and monuments should be identifiable in all photos.
section a: The landmark should never dominate the gnome. Nobody puts Seamus in a corner!
Article 4: Gnomes are encouraged to editorialize.
Article 5: As gnomes are curious creatures by nature, gnome minders are encouraged to take the road less travelled.
